I. Application for Alien Employment Registration ID Card

Materials required:
1. Properly completed Application for Alien Employment Registration ID Card;
2. Employer's Duplicate Business License (photocopy, stamped with the official seal);
3. Organization Code Certificate (photocopy, stamped with the official seal);
Note: Where the employer is a foreign-funded enterprise, the Certificate of Approval (photocopy) is also required. No charge for application for the registration ID card for the first time, which may be obtained five working days later.

Administrative permission conditions (quantity): city residences, except for those not allowed to exit.

Materials required:
1. Submit the fully completed Passport Application Form with the applicant's recent bareheaded full-faced white-background color photo (48*33mm) and deliver another two pieces of this photo.
2. Submit the photocopies of the City Resident Household Register (or the original residence certificate) and the Resident ID Card (or Temporary Resident ID Card) and deliver their originals for check.
3. Unit opinions are also required for the following persons (of special status): 
(1) in-service and retired (resigned) city management cadres;
