II. Detailed materials required for incorporation of a foreign-funded consulting firm
(I) Materials required for incorporation that must be prepared by the foreign-funded consulting firm
1. If the investor is a foreign company, two copies of the company's certificate of incorporation are required (the customer must bring this document to the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country where the company is located for notarization and authentication); if the investor is an individual, one photocopy of his/her passport or ID card is required (the investor's passport must be notarized and authenticated by the embassy or consulate in the country where he/she comes from)
2. Two copies of the foreign company or the individual investor's original bank credit rating certificate
3. Photocopy of the ID card or passport of the foreign company's legal representative
4. Resume and two 2-inch bareheaded color photos of the legal representative of the foreign-funded consulting firm to be established (in the case of board of directors to be set up, board members' names and appointment letters, photocopies of passports or ID cards, and two photos are required)
5. At least five names of the foreign-funded consulting firm to be established
6. Scope of business and registered capital of the foreign-funded consulting firm to be established (suggested minimum registered capital of $ 140,000 and an office not less than 25 square meters leased in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone)
7. Original house lease contract and original filing registration certificate of house lease contract
8. Photocopy of the house ownership certificate (office purpose house)
9. Introduction to the foreign company
